Last twenty years attention of the scientists began to attract more and more biological active substances of animals and plants derivation. «Lutex» is a natural multi-component, multi- functional system of biologically active substances, produced on a basis of the new biotechnology for processing of placenta, developed by the research center of « Medical Scientific and Production Complex Biotechindustry». Contains: À mino acids (including essential amino acids), low molecular weight peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, cytokines (interleukins 1 ? and 6, ? – and ? –interferons, growth factors – epidermal growth factor (EGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), hialuronic acid, lipids, Q10, alpha-fetoprotein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, DMAE,organic acids, glutation, balanced complex of vitamins, macro- and microelements. «Lutex» is a main part of biologically active admixture «Gastrophyline» - à dministration for complex therapy for diseases of upper gastrointestinal tract and liver. IT is effective and safe agents protecting from the action of various extreme factors. In experimental conditions the radioprotective properties of the placental complexes were studied. On mice protected be oral administration of «Lutex» 30 min before whole body g -irradiation with exposure to 7,5 Gy, increased the survival up to 50 %, for « Gastrophyline» - oral administration, one time, 20 -30 min before increased the survial up 75 % . It was established, that placental complexes stimulated steam blood cells to proliferate in vivo and transplantation. «Lutex», «Gastrophyline» can be perspective biocomplexes in modern practical medicine . Application of a placentary complex – balm “Placentol” in oncology *Stranadko E.F., **Lubimjva E,Yu., **Malinina T.G., *Rabov M.V. For acceleration of healing processes of soft tissue defects after destroyed by PDT tumours of an oral cavity a placentary complex balsam "Placentol" for the first time is applied. Balsam "Placentol" after PDT of squamous cell carcinoma of an oral cavity and a lower lip is applied to stimulation of healing processes of soft tissue defects in 18 cases. In control group (14 patients) after PDT it was applied traditional treatments. Average duration of healing processes of soft tissue defects in control group was 51, 2 days. In group with applications of balsam "Placentol" the general duration of healing processes of soft tissue defects was 32,1 days (i.e. on 37,3% less), and from the begining of balsam application was 16,5 days. Thus, application of balsam "Placentol" in the form of local applications for stimulation of healing processes of soft tissue defects after tumours destruction by PDT considerably reduces duration of recovery (on the average on 37%).
